What does the initial consult consist of?The consult is the first step towards booking services. During our free consult, we will take a brief tour of the property you want clean, ask questions about your needs and expectations as well as go over what areas will be cleaned.

How is pricing determined?Pricing is determined based on a number of factors including, type and number of areas needing cleaning, size of home and frequency of cleaning schedule. We will provide you with a detailed price breakdown within 24 hours from the initial consultation.

Is a deep cleaning required?Yes, we require a deep cleaning at the initial service. In order to be able to get to the point where we can maintain, it is important that we start off as clean as possible. We recommend deep cleanings be peformed 2x/year.

What is included in a cleaning?For more information on what is included in our services, go to the menu and hoover your mouse over the "Services" tab (or click drop down arrow if using mobile device), then select, "What's Included." Do I need to supply the cleaning products?No, our cleaning professionals will provide the products needed to clean your home at no additional charge. There is an upgrade fee if you would prefer non-toxic cleaning products. If you prefer to use your own cleaning products, please let us know.

Do I need to do anything before the cleaning?In order to provide the best and most efficient service, prior to our scheduled arrival, please be sure to declutter all cleaning surfaces including floors and countertops: Pick up any clothes, shoes, paper, toys, books; have all toiletries, cosmetics, etc. clustered into one or two trays or baskets; clear sink of any dishes; Put out clean linen at the head if each bed as applicable. If there are any rooms you do not want to be serviced, please place notice on the door of the room stating not to clean.

What happens if I need to cancel?We understand that things come up that may impact your abiliy to keep your scheduled time with us. We require at least 2 business days notice for the cancellation and or rescheduling of any scheduled appointment. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling with less than 2 business days notice, a non-refundable or transferable cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed.
